Assistica® medical compression hosiery is available in two height categories:

For individuals between 158-170 cm:

• Socks length (A-D): 38-44 cm

• Stockings length (A-G): 65-73 cm

For individuals between 170-182 cm:

• Socks length (A-D): 45-50 cm

• Stockings length (A-G): 74-82 cm

Please select the appropriate height category to ensure a proper fit.

How to Measure for Compression Hosiery

To ensure the perfect fit for your Assistica® compression hosiery, it's important to take accurate measurements. Remember to measure in the morning before any swelling occurs.

Here's how to measure

Ankle: Measure the circumference of your ankle bone.

Calf: Measure the circumference of your calf muscle at its widest point, below the knee.

Thigh: Measure the circumference of your thigh at its widest point.

Compression Hosiery Wearing Guide

To ensure optimal wear and longevity of your compression hosiery, please follow these guidelines:

Preparation

Nail Care: Trim toenails short and smooth any calluses or corns.

Hand Protection: Consider wearing latex gloves to prevent fingernail damage to the delicate elastic fibers.

Application

Inside-Out Method: Turn the stocking inside out, starting from the foot.

Arm Assistance: Slip your hand and arm into the stocking, using it as a guide.

Foot Placement: Position your foot into the toe of the stocking.

Gentle Rolling: Roll the stocking up your leg, starting from the heel.

Smoothing: Once fully on, gently smooth out any wrinkles or bumps.

Avoid Pulling: To prevent tearing, do not pull on the top of the stocking.

All Assistica® Class 2 compression hosiery has a thickness of 120 denier.

The AA 402-2 (closed-toe) and AA 403-2 (open-toe) models feature a silicone dotted top band for optimal fit. 

They are available in two colors and two heights to accommodate different body types.
